• Your appointment fee will be billed directly to WorkCover QLD if you have an approved and accepted claim only. If not, you will be billed as a private patient, and you will need to contact WorkCover QLD for reimbursement. 
• Please have your injury details, claim number and case manager's contact details for your first appointment.

Workcover from all other states

• Your appointment fee will be billed directly to WorkCover in the appropriate state if you have an approved and accepted claim only. If not, you will be billed as a private patient, and you will need to contact WorkCover  for reimbursement. 
• Please provide confirmation in writing that your consultation has been approved, along with details of your injury, claim number and case manager's contact details for your first appointment.
